Yes, I'd like some more feedback on my results of my tests. I got it on my portal, but there was no feedback about it. And I asked a question. I haven't gotten an answer. Also, during the last few months ago, I tried to get in touch about a problem I was having and she never got back to me. All right.

Yeah, the provider or my primary doctor is the best I can think of. He listens to people, he listens to me, we talk, he gives you advice on what to do and what not to do. He listens to you, you know, when you ask questions, he gives you a good response. And he's a very good healthcare provider. I love her. I love her.

I will go back, and I would recommend this doctor to my whole family, which my whole family's gonna be going there. She's very sweet, very caring, and she seemed to care about my situation. Also, the only thing was she was very hard to get an appointment, but overall, it's okay, and getting a result like blood work or anything, it's a little, you know, it's very hard for someone to call back. That's the only thing. I would like to see that if we get the physical and the blood work, someone will call back that. I would really appreciate that. I arrived to my appointment 10 minutes late. The only receptionist was on the phone helping another person rather than linger in front. I sat down and another gentleman walked in and went straight to the desk and she handled him first. I don't know whether he was the next in line, but I think she should have been more attentive in asking me, do you help me next rather than if I were late or whatever. Otherwise, Dr. Schwarz is an excellent physician. I always highly recommend her to all of my colleagues. Thank you.

Yes, everything was fine. But we go back, we still didn't get the response back. One of my medications is very important, the injection when you get allergies, when you get bit by a hive of bees and stuff. We go back and we still didn't get the response. My husband called and left a message, but nobody called back or nothing. That's the only thing I have to say. She was very good, everything, the provider too and the other girls at the desk

I had been sick for a while, so when I went in, I was put in a room where other sick people were also put to be tested for the flu and COVID. Everything was already out for testing, and the room was dirty from the previous people that had been there. There was no sanitation done. When I got into the room, the woman was like, oh, well, let me just replace the tissue paper that you're going to sit down on. She did that, and that was her cleaning the room to prep for me. After I was tested for the flu and COVID, I had neither one, which I had a feeling I didn't have either one, because I wanted to be tested for some other things. But now I'm in a dirty room that hasn't been sprayed or alcoholed. There's no fresh air coming in. Other people with colds have been in that room, too.

The best doctor I have ever had

It was my first visit with Dr. Schwarz. She couldn't have been any nicer and just answered all my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I just feel very relaxed and I definitely look forward to seeing her again.
