Hi, I always wanted to recommend you always have gowns that are wrapped in plastic to keep them sanitary for patients. And all that plastic just gets thrown in the garbage. There is a way, if you save just the clean plastic in a bin, it can be recycled as plastic film. Right now, I currently bring my plastic film to the grocery store, but as a facility that goes through thousands of those bags in maybe a month or more, I think it would be great if you had some way of collecting them so they could be recycled. Since they're already clean, they're very easy to manage and they're very easy to compact. Also, I just noticed that in the room that I was in, there was a large amount of dust along the top of the board where they can put x-rays, I guess, up to look at the light board. It just looked very dirty and not

Strongly suggest an air purifier be in the waiting room. Personally witnessed a man coughing loudly and not covering his mouth. Disgusting and inconsiderate. No control over people, but an air purifier may help those of us subjected to totally inconsiderate people.

Dr spent too much time talking about herself. Didn't do a urinalysis which I thought was standard with my annual. Examine seemed very minimal.

The doctor was very knowledgeable, thoroughly professional, and she set me at ease because I am a nervous patient. I felt that she was very professional, and I came out of it feeling very relieved with the information she gave me. I also wanted to compliment the secretary at the front desk. Her name is Lisa. Lisa spoke to me at five minutes to five o'clock as I set the appointment. And I was very nervous and I broke into tears and she completely reassured me and was just as nice as she could be and very professional as well. She was both good and kind and she was good and skilled when I actually came to the office with the computer and the phones and all of that. She has both technology and also that human touch. So the office visit was just great.

My visit was somewhat of an emergency. Issac took care of the problem. And I had to go back again that same afternoon and she was very u drr ed standing and helpful.

I waited over 45 minutes in the examining chair, naked, waiting for the doctor. And by the time she got in there, she spent only about five minutes with me.

I waited half an hour to be called in after the time my appointment was scheduled. I then waited another 10 minutes for the doctor. Really not acceptable. The office staff were loud talking to one another and eating. Unprofessional. There were 6 people in the waiting room when I arrived, it seemed the dr was overbooked, I should not have to wait half an hour after my appointment time. I understand a patient should be able to speak to the dr but then appointments should be booked allowing for this. My time is just as important as the Doctors and wasting 40 minutes is not right

It was so easy to get an appointment right away and I was able to get the right medication to clear up my symptoms and I so appreciate a doctor who's friendly, good bedside manner, very experienced and gave me all the right advice.

The doctor came in with a medical student? I think she was more focused in pointing to the student what my problem was than listening to me. So if I said the pain is here, she would tell the student she is pointing to the abdominal wall and things like that. I feel that my appointment was rushed.

Hi, yes, so my appointment was started about an hour after my appointment time, from I guess 45 minutes to an hour. But if I hadn't kept asking for information from the front desk, I would have never known that they were running late and I would have just sat there. So it made me rush my appointment, which was something I wasn't expecting to do because I hadn't been to the gyno for a while, so I did have some questions, but I needed to keep it brief since it was about an hour after my appointment time. I think that the best way to make this better would be to have the front desk folks giving updates to you if you already know that it's going to be that far behind. Because if I knew from the beginning, I might have had to reschedule. Thank you. Bye.

Doctor was very compassionate and understanding of issue. This was the first of many doctors to truly understand the entire issue and the effect it created.

I will continue to use her even though I'm getting older, but I really appreciate her time. I had a female issue going on this week and they were able to get me in on the same day, which I greatly appreciated. I will continue to be a patient of hers. Thank you.

I like this doctor, her medical knowledge, her bedside manner and how I am taken care of. However, I have had to wait close to or over an hour on more than one occasion. Perhaps her office team can do a better job of scheduling appointments (or maybe she just spends a lot of time with each patient!)

Dr. Gliksman is a wonderful doctor. She's happy to take the time to listen and is very empathetic about what issues or problems you may have. She gives great advice.

The only improvement I would say is that the exam rooms are in need of a little freshening. The soap was empty. The sharps container looked like it was filled and partially open.

I waited at least an hour for my appointment and I made it months in advance and it was at 10:40 am so how does a doctor get an hour behind that early? There was no apology or explanation for the delay. I keep the talking to a minimum because the dr likes to talk about all of her personal problems.

Very personable and professional. Spent quite a bit of time trying to have me exit safely from the environment in my pickup. Several people were brainstorming ideas. There's always a warm feeling when you're in that center.

The wait time is too long. Every year I come and have to wait at least 20-30 minutes past my appointment time so be seen by the doctor.

Moving forward, if there's a delay in my appointment of more than say an hour or 45 minutes, please call me in advance so I'm not wasting my time sitting there in your waiting room. Great Doctor

I have seen this provider for many years now and am very comfortable & satisfied with the care provided.

I thought the office was very unclean. The exam room appeared to have blood splatter on the wall and there was blood on the floor. The doctor and staff were pleasant but I was very turned off but the condition of the office.

Office staff does not address or answer your questions. I asked a question, waited for an answer and was told to sit down, they would "let me know" which they never did. Also Inquired about making my next appt, was told that it's only done after my office visit on my way out. When it's winter, it would be great if the air vents were blowing warm/hot air, not cold air. Everyone was sitting and freezing while still wearing their coats. I realize electric is expensive but it would also be nice to have all the lights on so you can see what you're reading while waiting for your appt time. It's just rude and inconsiderate to treat patients like this.
