Even after waiting almost an hour I was pleasantly surprised. She was down to earth, knowledgeable and very engaging.

It's always so nice to see familiar faces at the front desk. I forget her name but she's been there for at least the last 13 years that I can remember. The rooms are comfortable in temperature & equipment. I mean it's so nice to not have to climb up on a cold table but rather just sit on a comfortable seat & have everything be adjustable. I also appreciate the full size cloth gowns as well. The Dr is wonderful! She listens & converses in a way that makes you feel taken care of and heard. 100% recommend her and the office.

Nurse practitioner Petruzzelli is amazing. She's the only reason I stay with that group. The poor women there are overworked and the office is understaffed and they need to get a doctor in there to assist the nurse practitioner. How ironic. She's amazing.

Incredible, I am very happy whit staff, from the from desk, nurse and the great Dra Maria ,thank to every one,I am pleased the attention!!!

No matter what time I arrive, I always have to sit around and wait well past my appointment time. With always having to wait it's frustrating that they have such a small and compact waiting area. Constantly have to sit elbow to elbow with other patients. Not to mention because of the windows the waiting room is always extremely hot. Hate that I sit sweating before an OBGYN appt. Another thing I would like to note is the lack of friendly customer service when checking it. I always have to stand at the window for a few minutes before someone cares to come over and check me in. When they finally do I feel like I am annoying them, or I'm a nuisance. If it's so hard to sit at your desk and check people in, then leave a sign in sheet like other places. Had to watch 4 other patients do the same awkward song and dance of waiting by the window. Overall I hate that I have to deal with this to see my doctor, who is amazing by the way.

Maria was so thorough and explained everything that she was about to do before she touched any body part or completed any test which I greatly appreciated. Maria genuinely wanted to make sure I was comfortable during the exam and she covered all of topics I was concerned about. Overall Maria was fantastic and would recommend her to anyone who needed to see a OBGYN!

Maria took the time to talk to me about a few issues I was having and really listened to me. I've had other experiences with providers that they just give me a quick answer and send me on my way. I felt very comfortable discussing issues with her. She is very easy to talk to and has an amazing bed side manner. She is on the top of my provider list!

Dr. Petruzzelli is always very helpful and she's very nice and she makes me feel very comfortable. Overall, I think she's like the best gyno that I've ever had, to be honest. And I say gyno because I feel like sometimes it's hard to find a good gyno and I feel like she always gives good feedback and she helps out a lot. Thank you.

Maria Petruzzelli is the best OBGYN I have ever had. If we could only have more healthcare providers like her it would be a much better place. She always makes me feel at ease with all my questions. I message her through my chart and response to me very quickly in the past few months I've gone through a lot and she's been there giving the best medical care possible.

Everyone in the office was very kind and courteous and Maria made it so easy, especially being in an OBGYN situation, to express any of the concerns that I had and she was very responsive to any of the testing that I wanted done. Maria is warm friendly and reassuring. The minute she walks into the room you're comfortable. The exam is tension free. Maria's friendly and professional manner is comforting and being there is more like meeting a friend than an office visit. I feel they're a call away if I needed them. The office itself is meticulous and the reception area is welcoming as you enter. I truly have nothing but wonderful things to say..thank you all.

Great first time experience with provider. It's nice to feel relaxed and have someone understand what you may be going through. Really appreciated her time and that I didn't feel rushed.

On the wait time, especially if you had an appointment scheduled and you waited a half hour to be seen, I don't think that is acceptable. And then I was only seen for like maybe five minutes and that's not acceptable.

Very professional staff and courtesy to address

I have had two kids and have always gone to Maria. She and the facility has always been great. The reception desk has always been great. Scheduling has always been super easy and super friendly. Maria has always been fantastic, very easy to talk to, very relatable, and everyone has just always been super helpful in that office.

I cant even explain, she is the best I could ask for! she is so nice and ease my anxiety. we also had some friendly conversation as well. She. had her face smile for entire time and that make me so happy. She deserve a reward!!! :)

Doctor was excellent and I was taken on time and out very quickly. Only feedback would be on office staff not being very responsive upon arrival and exit.

The office was very quick to get me in the door to my appointment with Maria. When Maria arrived, she was very sweet and understanding and compassionate with what I had to say. The nurse who assisted her was also very, very nice. The office was very, very clean. There was no dirt or dust anywhere to the seeing eye. The exit staff was also very polite.

Why is it that if you make an appointment, show up on time and have to wait 45-50 minutes in the office before the appointment begins.

I'd have to say that Maria Petruzzelli is one of the best doctors I've ever encountered. She goes beyond her scope.

She was fully in detail and gave me all the information necessary for me to take the next step. She was kind, very nice, very gentle, and I would recommend this provider for someone else. But the waiting was too long.
